Where can I get the latest version of VoiceZone® Connect?

You can download VoiceZone® Connect from the VoiceZone® Portal within My Account. Just sign in to My Account with your TWC ID and choose VoiceZone® from the Quick Links dropdown.

To download the VoiceZone® Connect app:

  • On the Settings tab, click Download next to VoiceZone® Connect in the Apps section.
  • Review the information presented for VoiceZone® Connect.
  • Click the Download VoiceZone® Connect button at the bottom of the page.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the download.

Current VoiceZone® Connect users: When you sign off and back on, you will see an upgrade request for our newest version. Reply yes to the upgrade to the latest features.
