Call Blocker Accept (sometimes informally called the “white list”) is a VoiceZone® feature that enables our Phone service customers to block all calls except those they designate from a list of up to 30 phone numbers. Calls from phone numbers that are not included on this list will receive the following message: "The party you are calling is not accepting calls at this time." Blocked callers (those not on the accepted list), will not appear on Caller ID, will not be forwarded to another number, and will not go to Voicemail.
Note: We are working to expand the number of inbound calling numbers that a user can set from 30 to 100 in the near future.
Note: Some incoming calls from 911 and other emergency services could be blocked inadvertently when this feature is enabled.
