Can all customers who subscribe to Phone service get Caller ID on TV?


No. Only customers with both digital TV service and Phone service that live in a market where it's available can get this feature.  In those markets, Caller ID on TV should start automatically.

Navigator (MDN) markets

To turn Caller ID on TV on/off:

  1. Press SETTINGS on your remote.
  2. Select Caller ID.
  3. Select Set Up.
  4. Press SELECT on your remote to turn Caller ID on/off.

To view the last 10 calls you've received:

  1. Press SETTINGS on your remote.
  2. Select Received Calls.
  3. Press SELECT on your remote.
  4. Use the up/down arrow keys on the remote to review received calls.

Sara/Passport markets

To turn Caller ID on TV on/off:

  1. Press A on your remote.
  2. Select Caller ID.
  3. If Caller ID is off, the display will read "Call Alert Off." Press SELECT on your remote to turn it on. If Caller ID is on, scroll down to "Call Alert On" and press SELECT on your remote to turn it off.

To view the last 10 calls you've received:

  1. Press A on your remote.
  2. Select Caller ID to display "Received Calls."
  3. Press SELECT on your remote to review received calls..
