What if I don’t do anything?


Equipment will now be required on every TV to view services. Any TV connected directly to our service without equipment (Set-Top Box, Digital Adapter or CableCARD™) will eventually lose picture. TVs with a Digital QAM tuner will also require equipment once channels are encrypted.

Note: In Texas and the Midwest, this information applies only to customers in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Kansas City.
