My box isn't working and appears stuck from the new Guide upgrade. How do I troubleshoot?


The most common way to resolve issues is by rebooting. Unplug the power to the Set-Top Box and plug it back in. Once the box is rebooted and the time clock is displayed, use the POWER button to turn the box back on.  A live channel should show on the TV.
