- Replace the batteries.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the sensor on the Set-Top Box and the transmitter on the remote control. There must be a clear line of sight between the two.
- If the error message is number 1103 or 232, contact us for assistance.
- If the error message is any other number, reboot your Set-Top Box.
- Reprogram the remote. For assistance, visit our Program Your Remote tool.
