What should I do if my remote control is not working?

  1. Replace the batteries.
  2. Ensure there are no obstructions between the sensor on the Set-Top Box and the transmitter on the remote control. There must be a clear line of sight between the two.
  3. If the error message is number 1103 or 232, contact us for assistance.
  4. If the error message is any other number, reboot your Set-Top Box.
