How do I install the TWC TV® app on Smart Hub?


  • For 2012 Samsung Smart TVs* that are installed and in use:

You will be prompted with a message when Smart Hub is launched. The message will ask you to Click OK to update Smart Hub. Once you accept the update, TWC TV® will be loaded in the personalized area of the Smart Hub screen.

  • For 2013 Samsung Smart TVs* that are installed and in use:

You will need to search for the TWC TV® app in the apps menu. Once installed, TWC TV® will appear in the More Apps section of the Smart Hub. You can then move the TWC TV® app to the personalized area for easier access.

  • For new Samsung Smart TVs*:

The TWC TV® app will be preloaded automatically in the personalized area.

*Please note that not all Samsung devices are compatible with the TWC TV® app.
