Does a technician need to install the Roku player?


No, you can set up the Roku player easily by yourself. We will mail you the Roku 3 player, a complimentary HDMI cable and instructions on how to download the TWC TV channel. We will send your username and password electronically. If you encounter any problems setting up your Roku player, call us at 1-844-252-0039 for assistance.

Note: For new customers who are also adding Internet service: After the technician completes the Internet installation, the Roku 3 player will be shipped to you.
