VoiceZone®

Get detailed instructions for managing your Phone features through VoiceZone®.

 

Simultaneous Ring

  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Call Forwarding.
  4. Select the Simultaneous Ring tab.
  5. Click On - Ring multiple phone numbers to enable.
  6. Save your changes.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Call Forwarding.
  4. Select the Simultaneous Ring tab.
  5. Make sure On - Ring multiple phone numbers is selected.
  6. In the Add Phone Numbers to Simultaneous Ring List field, enter a 10-digit phone number.
  7. Add a friendly name to the number by clicking on the contact card (optional).
  8. Click the Add to Simultaneous Ring List button.
  9. Add additional numbers as desired.
  10. Save your changes
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Call Forwarding.
  4. Click the X next to the number you want to delete to remove it from the list.
  5. Save your changes.

Call Forwarding

Note: The Call Forwarding page contains more information on your options as well as detailed instructions on how to customize your settings.

  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Call Forwarding.
  4. Select the tab (Forward Calls When No Answer , Forward Calls When Busy, etc.) for the option you want to edit.
  5. Make your selections on the selected tab.
  6. Save your changes.

Call Privacy – Peace & Quiet

  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Peace & Quiet.
  4. Select the Block Unwanted Callers tab.
  5. Select the appropriate radio button to turn Block Unwanted Callers on or off.
  6. Save your changes.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Peace & Quiet.
  4. Select the Block Unwanted Callers tab.
  5. In the Add Phone Numbers to Your Block Unwanted Callers list, enter a 10-digit phone number. (You may add up to 30 phone numbers.)
  6. Note: We can only reject calls with a standard U.S. 10-digit phone number at this time. We hope to be able to allow users to block unwanted international calls in the near future.

  7. Click Add to Block Unwanted Callers List.
  8. Save your changes.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Peace & Quiet.
  4. Select the Block Anonymous Calls/Enhanced Block Anonymous Calls tab.
  5. Select the appropriate radio button to turn on either Block Anonymous Calls orEnhanced Block Anonymous Calls or to turn both off.
  6. Note: You may choose to turn on either Block Anonymous Calls or Enhanced Block Anonymous Calls but not both.

  7. Save your changes.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Peace & Quiet.
  4. Select the Accept Selected Callers tab.
  5. Select the appropriate radio button to turn Accept Selected Callers on or off.
  6. Save your changes.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Peace & Quiet.
  4. Select the Accept Selected Callers tab.
  5. In the Add Phone Numbers to Your Call Accept list, enter a 10-digit phone number. (You may add up to 30 phone numbers.)
  6. Click Add to Call Accept List.
  7. Save your changes.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Peace & Quiet.
  4. Select the Nomorobo tab.
  5. Select the appropriate radio button to turn Nomorobo on or off.
  6. Save your changes.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Peace & Quiet.
  4. Select the Block Outbound Caller ID tab.
  5. Select the appropriate radio button to turn Block Outbound Caller ID on or off.
  6. Save your changes.

VIP Ring

  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for VIP Ring.
  4. Check the Enable VIP Ring box.
  5. Save your changes.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for VIP Ring.
  4. Check the Enable VIP Ring box.
  5. In the Use a VIP Ring for: field, enter a 10-digit telephone number.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Save your changes.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for VIP Ring.
  4. Check the Enable VIP Ring box.
  5. Click the X next to the number you want to delete to remove it from the list.
  6. Save your changes.

Speed Dial

  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Speed Dial.
  4. Assign a phone number to an available Dial: field.
  5. Save your changes.

Voicemail

  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Voicemail tab.
  3. Click the blue Play button next to a message to listen to it.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Voicemail tab.
  3. Click in the selection box of the message you want to email.
  4. Click the Email button.
  5. The Email Your Voicemail screen appears.
  6. In the Send voicemail to field, enter the address to which your are sending the message.
  7. Enter a subject for your email.
  8. If you would like to add an audio and/or text transcription to the email, click the appropriate option(s)
  9. Click Send Email.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Voicemail tab.
  3. Click on the View & Download text link.
  4. Choose to download the audio file and/or the text message by checking the options you want.
  5. Click the Download button and follow normal download procedures.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Voicemail tab.
  3. Click the X icon to delete that message.
  4. Or, to delete multiple message at once, click in the selection box of each email and then click Delete.
  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Call Forwarding.
  4. Select the Forward Calls When No Answer tab.
  5. Click Off.
  6. Save your changes.

Voicemail Notification

  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Voicemail Settings.
  4. Select the Voicemail Notifications tab.
  5. Make your selections for Voicemail to Text, Notify Me by Email and Notify Me by Text Message.
  6. Save your changes.

Readable Voicemail

  1. Sign in to VoiceZone®.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the (edit) link for Voicemail Settings.
  4. Select the Voicemail Notifications tab.
  5. Click in the box next to Transcribe my voicemail messages to turn the service on or off.
  6. Save your changes.
