How to find your CableCARD™ info

Your Host ID, Data ID, CableCARD™ ID and serial number will be listed in different places depending on the device and brand of CableCARD™ you're using. Here's how to find the info you need:

Cisco® CableCARD™

Your CableCARD™'s appearance may vary from the one pictured above.

The serial number is listed on the back of the card. It's the first set of numbers under the bar code.

If you can't find the serial number there, you can find it by navigating to these screens using your TiVo remote:

  1. TiVo Central
  2. Settings & Messages
  3. Account & System Info
  4. CableCARD™ Decoders
  5. CableCARD™ Option for Installers
  6. CableCARD™ menu
  7. See Host ID Screen for the ID
  8. See Diag Screen for the "SL.No:"

The serial number is listed on the back of the card. It's the first set of numbers under the bar code.

If you can't find the serial number there, you can find it by navigating to these screens in the Ceton Diagnostic Tool:

  1. Open the Ceton Diagnostic tool
  2. Navigate to the Device tab
  3. Select InfiniTV Device Webpage
  4. Select the CableCARD™ tab
  5. Select Host ID for the ID
  6. See Diag Screen for the "SL.No:"

  1. Open the HD HomeRun PRIME setup tool
  2. Navigate to the Tuners tab
  3. Select one of the Tuner IDs to access your HDHomeRun PRIME's webpage
  4. Go to the CableCARD™ menu
  5. Select the Host ID screen for the ID
  6. See Diag Screen for the "SL.No:"
